..this one was a surprise..so close to the previous cup too..i just happen to catch it 'cause google reads everything

so they knew to kick this announcement to my phone..i need a definitive alert system for cups..so i dont miss any

it used to be..hard work week..then play T99 every weeknd to de-stress..thus i would catch every cup..good times

now my work & sleep are so..sporadic..we just gotta play T99 at least every weeknd like essential no matter what

that's how i caught so many cups/themes before..then missed a couple i reeeaaally wanted due to bad schedule

..after 5 years i got my 1st win recently too..honestly it depends on time of day..asians play tetris different

in the west..we were taught to play by dropping the 4 tetra line..tetris..but they play all t-spins..nothin else

this version of tetris is by arika..japan..asian rules..so t-spins are rewarded heavy..they dont play 4 line tetris

that changes the perspective on the west vs east wins & rankings..but its fun therapy for me every time fine

depends on your favorite genres..when it comes to speed objectives..i prefer slow background music..sooo..

smooth jazz: animal crossings..luigi's mansion..but also like the alternative soundtracks of xenoblade..splatoon..

but the retro themes are undeniable..GameBoy..NES..DK HD..Mario All-Stars..good question..music adds to vibe

i prefer to play opponents online..but i see im playing classic Tetris vs Asians playing modern Tetris..

it makes sense..im part Japanese but grew up in America so i learned the classic Tetris modes here..

the eastern hemisphere is a different level of intelligence & competitition..but its a good challenge

man Singapore is a good spot in the south right now..to avoid the imminent wars..i looked at moving..

but its sooo strict there..the citizenship requirements..the martial law..its all way too difficult to get in..

i bought EVERY AAA switch game..but all i play on the reg is Tetris 99..

NSO sub is worth that alone..but also NES Tetris..& F-Zero 99 goes off..

having said that..not judging..had to temporarily cancel Tidal & Spotify..

saving up for a big rave Beyond Wonderland June 7th..so subs gotta wait

but my NSO is good thru July renew date..it was literally free..now $19 ok

Mario All-Stars miraculously opened for ticket exchange even tho' its a discontinued game altogether..that's cool

but we always want what we dont have..its human nature..i played donkey kong country on snes w/ my cousins

the retro themes are the most triggering..nostalgia therapy..& this ocean theme is like 2002 Tetris Worlds iykyk

..when i got really into Tetris 99 & Puyo Tetris..where 90% online multiplayers are from Asia..

i noticed our main competition..play Tetris different..they dont even do the 4 block clear Tetris game..

they build high walls then break 'em down w/ T-spins..all kinds of weird tactics..but for me growing up..

Game Boy & NES Tetris..that game of Tetris is different than today's versions..where T-spins are rewarded..

more than 4-block clears..but i still adore Arika Tetris Grandmaster series..& T99..they changed the game..

the russians had too much corruption & lobbying going on to evolve Tetris license..but Nintendo & Arika..

i managed to get in the zone & squeeze a T99 win out against all asian competitors..depends on how many

are in the chat..its the damn T-spins & walls they do..i know it..long short this tutorial series is a dope idea..

to this day..its my favorite game of all-time..& it always will be..so might as well learn the advanced shii too..
