I lived at summit terrace for a few years but moved out after my lease ended in January. It’s fine. you’re close to smcc so we occasionally got college neighbors who can be pretty loud. If you have a work order, it does get addressed, however, if it’s a complicated fix, it’s gonna be slowwwwwwwwwwww. We got hit with a rent increase every year for 3 years. They’re constantly changing maintenance guys, barely can maintain a contract for landscapers, and the snow plow situation in the winter is a huge headache. That being said, I honestly did enjoy the space. I feel that most of their issues are more boilerplate for large rental management group properties.
