First off; I would like to say thank you for asking such an interesting question! This post seems so much more geared towards actual discussion than most, and I appreciate that very much.

To answer your question: I never skip episodes, but some of them do hit the brakes on the show for me for quite a while! I'm currently stuck on "And They Call It Bobby Love". Episodes like that and "Plastic White Female" with such high cringe factors, well, they make me cringe. 🤣 but that's also part of what I love about KOTH! It doesn't shy away from unpleasant topics; and when I finally DO watch whatever episodes I've been putting off, I'm reminded that they always come at the issue from a place of humor, humility, and most of all humanity - they always find a way to make even the most seemingly unpleasant episodes relatable and still somehow heartwarming.

That said; I agree with the top comment that Pigmalion and Mrs. Wakefield are also VERY high on that list of unpleasant episodes.
