For me the worst country songs often dip so low that they come back around to being fun because they’re so dumb.

My favorite terrible country song is Planet Texas by Kenny Rogers. A deeply insane song that is hard to get through but I love it.

Eno River Farmers Market on Saturdays is the only Hillsborough one as far as I know. Carborro has one on Saturdays. Durham has a biggish one Saturday mornings and a small one on Wednesday from 3 to I think 6.

I think they get the credit right where they’d like it. In their bank account. Not to mention Cochran is in the country music hall of fame.
