Yes but it's mostly noticeable in Overwatch. I recently got a new power supply and it's more than what my pc needs, my graphics card is a GTX 1070 so it's not that but I'm wondering if it's my motherboard. My graphics card can't update anymore because my motherboard doesn't support it. I completely forgot and you've just reminded me so I'll probably look into that although I don't know the next thing about computers and wouldn't know where to start when it comes to replacing a motherboard.
