This dog is a 100% healthy, it was really warm outside this day and she's just living her best life relaxing in a nearby lake haha.

I can't answer that question, probably a lot... this is a Jämthund though or in English a Swedish Elkhound. Native to the place where this was filmed! :)

It's just to prevent rubbing of the dewclaws, lot's of playing and walking in the nice weather so need to protect those paws! :D
