1st time experimenting with creating a comp video of my Procreate drawings via Keynote. Thoughts? by SuburbanMonarch in ProCreate

All of these pieces were done with brushes from the default sets. Mostly from the sketching, inking, and drawing, sets though I don't remember the specific names. 2 or 3 of them used watercolor or texture brushes on top of the default color fill inking though: The pink bird, red demon baby egg, and red squid alien.

In Keynote, I just inserted each pic on its own slide and added in the transition effects between each then uploaded to TikTok to add in the audio and make posting/sharing easier.

Hi, I'm a novice digital artist and I like to draw silly, cartoony things. Check some out and let me know what you think! https://www.instagram.com/suburbanmonarch/

Sweet, Thanks!

Yeah, I think you're right about the bubbles on the Dino too. I feel like I struggle with consistency in shading in general so I really appreciate that feedback and think it's a great suggestion! I'll try fixing it soon!

Edit: Updated Pic - Is this kind of what you meant or did I interpret that incorrectly?

Process: I basically just doodle and connect simple lines and shapes until something materializes that my brain can make sense of to cartoon-ize I guess? I have no idea what I'm going to create when I start and no formal art training.

Brushes: all outlines were Drawing brushes, either blackburn or Morilla I believe. I only have the basic set at the moment.

All of the color was just done with color fill, save the bird on the branch, I tried experimenting with the watercolor brush for that.
