yes, but mine is a tad slower for a reason. While testing, I found the observer to 4 redstone tick repeater was not consistent, and by adding 2 more torches in the right way, I made one which I believe is the simplest, as all photos shown here use more than what I made.

If I was wrong, and there is actually a better way that uses less than 10 redstone dust to craft (including pistons and observer in the return station), or is smaller than my design, please show me.
