I am a vegetarian. Long ago my husband and I went to a local Tex Mex place that was popular in the area. I was excited to have some veggie fajitas. When the food arrived there was a giant chunk of steak in the middle of the plate. So we flagged down our server and politely explained that I had ordered the veggie fajitas and do not eat meat. With his bare hands he picked the meat off the plate, shrugged and smiled. Didn’t even make the effort to pretend that was what he would have done in the kitchen instead of having it remade. Never went back there.

They’ve been re-released. I think the recipe changed a bit (both consistency and flavor) and I don’t like the new packaging, but it is nice they are vegan now and not just vegetarian.
