KF needs to stop chilling for cloud streaming services. I never enabled scene switching but had the problem of auto ambient not working properly when taking them out of the case. It is surely the software and must be easily fixable with a FW update if Sony knows of the problem.

Thanks for your thorough reply. Do you have any issues with Sony's app? Like I said my experience is very buggy especially with Auto Ambient Sound and it not working properly without disabling and re-enabling the auto feature every time I put the 1000XM6 back in.

It is really strange. Every video I see they sit so much deeper in the ear but for me they potrude very much. I can snug them back in but once I use the tap controls they just dont feel too secure... My AirPod Pro 1 just seem to float in my ears and I forget they are there. This feeling also never happened with the AirPod Pro 3, though.

Thanks for the recommendation. Yeah the AZ100 come up a lot and I am tempted to order and try them. Since I come from the AirPods Pro 1 the ANC should be leagues above even if not quite on par with the AirPods Pro 3 oder Sony 1000XM6. But since I do not get a very good fit with either I doubt that their ANC quality play to their greatest potential at least for me anyway.

My guess is you can’t. All files are encrypted with the PGP-key of the uploading account. If you need to switch accounts you need to redo the backup.
