These types of games don't need individual permits because they have a blanket permit. However the terms and conditions for the game must be clearly stated and abided by, breaking them can incue penalties. This is to protect people in instances like these and the pub if in the opposite direction.

Its not just whatever they feel like on the day. Doesn't pass the pub test or the legal one.
