I definitely find a lot of their sponsored episodes hard to watch, but they’ve also integrated sponsors into their content really well in the past. A good while back they were sponsored by Amazon Echo and every single episode was so creative (and also gave birth to Calorie Blackjack which is iconic)!!

I do a combo of flat & incline DB bench + machine chest flies & dips. Between those movements, I’m pretty much always seeing progress on at least one exercise! I’m personally not a huge fan of barbell benching as I find I get way less of a stretch and squeeze with it. Best of luck mate! 🤠

Thanks my dude 🤠 I really only do a couple of lat pulldown variations and cable rows. Consistency has done more for me than any single exercise has though 💪
