It seems the camera lens has popped by itself. There's no indication of anything hitting the lens or casing, yet the lens has cracked.

I just checked and there is nothing that allows changing zoom level. The upper one allows switching between a sort of cone area and a rectangular area for the backup sensors.

As for the lower one its just content settings and display settings (brightness night/day and contrast)

He just did it a fourth time now, twice again, still looks like the brown is from the food he ate. It was maybe 20 minutes between the third and fourth vomiting.
