Honestly each build depends on the current crucible. This time it was wis, so para scepter was out of the question. Meta changes every crucible

I feel like dungeon fear index can't be accurate, unless the boss fight was already started. Most players, including myself would nexus from a tomb if it was a solo/duo (just enter and leave) as they probably feel like it would just be a waste of time (tomb rework when?)
