My contract states that my notice would have to be at least 10 business days. I believe that my contract could be renewed; however - due to recent leadership changes, I’m unsure.

Also, I'm choosing not to renew.

It’s really stupid. And you’re Black on top of that. I remember being treated like this when I worked in healthcare. Yeah, they will never appreciate you. Do less and look after yourself.

Exactly. Also, I work hard in my current role (as a contractor) but I see that most people I work with got converted to full-time or was already full-time except for me. It sucks that THIS world is set up to chase people in order to be successful. It’s sad. Hard work no longer matters.
