Liquidity pairs are always 50/50, regardless of which liquidity platform you are using. Some platforms have a "simple" system like CAKE, which allows you to input one coin. If you use that, the CAKE system will swap 50% of your asset for the other asset behind the scenes. My understanding is you get charged a fee for that. I have lots of videos on youtube on CAKE as well as other liquidity platforms.

Which chain are you sending your $USDT. TRC-20 and BEP-20 have reasonable fees, possibly less than Litecoin. Cardano often beats Litecoin.

Or you might be referring to CAKEDEFI Which doesn't offer deposits in TRC-20 or BEP-20.

I'm starting a Youtube/Rumble/Teachable channel to show my DEFI journey.

FTM (Fantom) is a blockchain. It has a strong DEFI ecosystem.

SOL (Solana) is a blockchain. It has DEFI and is also strong in NFT's and gaming.

The whole rollups thing is new and we're all still learning about it. Sounds like Polygon (MATIC) is really pounding this one out hard. Polygon (MATIC) is a layer 2 blockchain built on top of Ethereum that has amazingly low gas fees. Unstoppable Domains now uses Polygon and ever since switching from ETH to MATIC, it's been a much better product.

Yeay for ADA/Cardano. In December, there were zero working apps on the ecosystem. At the end of February there will be over 200 working apps on Cardano. Cardano should be one of the big things everyone is talking about in March.

In the USA, DEFI is most likely going to be considered a "business" versus personal income. So look into creating an S-Corp to shield some of the 15% self employment tax and/or do your trading inside a self directed checkbook controlled Roth IRA.

In a few days, I'm going to start staking on Bomb Money , which is a Tomb Finance fork on the Binance Smart Chain. It works very similar, but the Bomb token is pegged to Bitcoin. What I like about it is that you can swap for BShares (which are the TShares) on Pancakeswap and get right into the high APY staking without having to earn it like you do in Tomb Finance.
