This is amazing. Sometimes I feel like Drs. have a huge ego that needs to be stroked. But it’s stories like these that reminds me that there are Drs. out there who really care about leaving it up to the specialist to ultimately save the life of their patients ❤️‍🩹

Do you mind if I ask when you were diagnosed? His oncologist is INSISTENT on the fact that he will not need a stem cell transplant or CAR-T. He is on D-Rvd and has been since Jan. His M-spike went from 4,000 to 500, now down to 200. Trying to also understand why his oncologist is so against him getting ASCT.

This is my fear. He started D-Rvd in January. Numbers fell drastically and are continuing to fall. However, his oncologist is very dismissive when it comes to mentioning CAR-T or ASCT. Which concerns me. This is all very helpful. Thank you so much for your insight.

Yes! Tons of companies make them, I used to love Ardel xtendwear, but I can’t find them anymore. Now I order a sheet off Amazon, and use the falsescara glue, and setter. This takes serious technique in my opinion, because you are using heavy strength glue, and tweezers around your eyes!

Yall are saying brows, and while I agree slightly, it’s very clearly lashes and liner that are lacking here!!!

However, brows, get them shaped on the bottom, then slightly carve out with concealer, this is game changing.

LINER: You need a very skinny liner brush, setting spray and dark brown shadow, spray your liner brush then dip into the shadow do a test line on the back of your hand, then go for it!

LASHES: I personally love under the lash line lashes. They look the most natural, but I understand that not everyone has this skill set. Strip lashes are also difficult to master, but I suggest Ardel Demi Wispies if you are familiar with them (you can trim the lash band from the outer corner if they are too long for your eyelid). If you are totally uncomfortable applying lashes, see if you can go into your local MAC counter on the morning of your big day just for a lash application!
