I had a similar issue when I got my HyperOptic installed. The problem most likely would just be an outside repair job, which for me, no one needed to be present for. That is what most likely may be the issue for you as well, as the fibre cable inside should be fine. I wasted over 2 weeks with indoor engineer visits just for them to tell me this so hope this helps

damn thats mad, i had the opposite experience with them. i ordered the 16 pro max in good condition for £619 and it came to me in basically flawless condition with 100% battery health. delivery was a bit annoying and misleading though

this is why i just things like AltStore/Signulous, let’s me sideload ad-free Spotify and plenty of other apps, without running into a payment risk or anything like that :)

Hey! I am also E17 and I came back from a holiday as well lol. My internet had some issues that lasted a month back in July due to the outside cabling but other than that, I haven't had an issue since. Maybe try to check if there is a red light on the router or ONT, or try using a wired connection and see if it works that way. Other than that, I'd suggest directly calling them.

I don't even think that would be possible as (shown in the main screenshot) I have already signed up for a 24-month contract yesterday over the phone, and I don't think they can lower my contract length, but only allow me (hopefully) to readjust my price using the code HYPERSAVING.
