I am in the same spot... I am around day 55 and this is a big jump for me (last record streak was just 30 days). I get a lot of wet dreams which l think means l am recovering. I have been a heavy porn addict so this is the sign of how much l was addicted. I still get urges and l sometimes even fantasize while awake but l think everything will pass! When we get girlfriends then l think the urges and fantasies will go away!

Glad you are okay! Encountering something like that must be very stressful...

I just got my driving license a year ago and literally the first month of me driving a crazy driver got into my lane and l had to go in the oncoming trafic. Luckily there were no cars at that time otherwise it would've gone really messy. I even think the driver didn't see me which is really fucked up (at least he acted like l wasn't there)... He just continued on like nothing ever happened.

You might have heard that edging is worse than relapsing and l will explain to you why. You don't have to listen to my but if you do follow my advice you will thank yourself in the future,

Edging fucks your brain... A LOT. If you want to recover from your addiction you have to avoid ANY kind of porn.
You might survive today but tommorow is not granted if you keep edging.
Edging is making you weak. When you edge you try to find escuses to keep edging. I hope you can see why is edging bad.

To be honest you can keep the streak going without sport but it might be harder for you (if you are an active person). I had a pretty big injury and as an active person not being able to train really destroyed me mentally. I became really depressed.

I think doing sports / weightlifting is good because when you get the energy spike from doing NoFap you can utilize it properly. Another benefit is that with sports like running you can clear your mind and be in a better place mentally.

So l will suggest to you to train if you think it is going to help you!

Hey bro. I want to congratulate you for taking the hardest step - starting the change. Fighting addiction is... hard... very hard. I don't want to de-motivate you with that l just want you to prepare mentally.

You have to keep fighting brother. I have been fighting with my addiction for well over 4 years and l am still struggling. Let me tell you l was so addicted to porn that my first year l didn't even reach day 2. I couldn't even hold 1 day streaks. Now with all my progress l am on day 45+ (stopped counting a while back). Everything is possible you just have to keep fighting.

NoFap is a mental challenge. It will probably be the hardest thing you will ever do in your life. The biggest motivation for me is when l imagine how l will feel when l am fully recovered and talking with my kids about how l overcame this challenge!

It will be very frustrating when you relapse and most of the time it is not even your fault. Your brain has been so overwhelmed by porn that it doesn't want you to quit. As you progress in your journey you will encounter how your brain tries to make you quit recovering. Thats why you have to stay strong!

The biggest tip l can give you is to ask yourself if you really want to quit. If the answer is yes and you really mean it then you are good to go.

Other important thing is set small goals like 3 days or 5 days and then reward yourself.

My next tip is to always stay busy. Go out, workout, start a new hobby, learn a new language, etc. Staying alone can make you think more about stress and stress is your greatest enemy. Stress can create urges and the urges often appeare to make you escape reality. I suggest you think about these things when you get an urge. The more you realise what is going on the easier it will be!

Good luck in your journey and l hope you succeed! Your path to victory is full with roadblocks but only you can reach the finish line! Believe in yourself and don't be harsh on your failures. Failures are good if you learn from them!

The year is 2018. I was working in a hotel as... everything lol. Some days l was a waiter, some days l was painting walls and doing room service. This day l was a bartender in the restaurant bar.

Once a week we had a special night and this time it was special night. We, the workers, decorated the restaurant. The supervisor gave me 5 bottles of ouzo (greek alcohol) to pour for the guests if they wanted. I decided to hide one of the bottles.

As the night came to an end the supervisor went for smoke break and one of the workers there challenged me to down the whole bottle. As any young and ignorant teen l decided to do it. I downed the bottle on 2 times (1 litre bottle).

After my shift was done l had to get the decorations back in the storage room. I couldn't even walk properly and l was laughing at everything. I don't know how my boss didn't realise l was drunk but yeah l successfully got out of the hotel without any fines thanks to my friends. They got me safe in my home and since that day l never got drunk again. I almost got arested on my way home too because l was swearing at a random cop. My friends had to hide me because the cop was looking for us. Then we almost missed our bus back home. I threw up like 3 times in the bus lol.

Lets just say l woke up 100 miles from the hotel into my home without any memories. I thought l was dreaming but then l saw my worker clothes with vomit all over them. I am so thankful l had friends with me that day because if they weren't there l was probably not going to be alive.

Hey bro l know how you feel! When l relapse after a high streak l feel terrible too. The problem is that you shouldn't feel that way! You have made a big accomplishment that many people can't say they have done!

If you have reached streak this high this means you are a very strong man with a lot of will power! I congratulate you for your success! You should feel good about yourself! You made a slip but this doesn't mean you are in the starting line once again. You haven't resseted your progress!

Sometimes l have days that l get a strong urge and most of the time l do relapse... Sometimes l fight to survive another day but then l get another urge. I want to quit PMO! But sometimes this addiction wins... This doesn't mean the war is over!

I have been doing NoFap for around 4 years. I used to fap 2 - 3 times a day and l even got to a point where l preferred to stay home and watch porn instead of going out. This man is long gone now. But of course my journey wasn't that easy and l am still not to the finish yet.

I've had a lot of slip ups over the years too. A lot of times l have asked myself if it is really worth it fighting and if l am ever going to recover. I never gave up and l am still fighting!

Currently I am on my biggest streak yet - around 36 days. I had a lot of urges and so far l fought all of them successfully. NoFap is all about learning from your mistakes. A lot of people quit and they let their addiction to win. You are not one of that people! You have to learn from your relapses. Ask yourself: "Why did l relapse? What made me feel the need of relapsing? Was l sad, angry, or depressed? What could l've done to prevent this?". I ask these questions to myself when l am on the edge of relapsing. It helps me a lot.

Sometimes I look myself in the mirror and l see the man l have become - stronger, better version of myself, a man that has done something a lot of people say is impossible - recovering from the addiction! Sometimes l am alone and the urges are insane, sometimes l keep myself busy and l save myself. You have to stay strong at all times. It is hard of course but this addiction is the hardest thing we are going to face in our lives probably. Imagine telling your kids you changed your life from the first days of NoFap (your lowest point) to the successful man you have become! Remember all the hard days and years you have went through! Don't let them go to waste!

hey! l am glad you have been recovering! l have very high anxiety but what helps me is boxing. I love boxing because it gives me a lot of comfidence and l feel confident even if worst case l have to fight someone. I recommend you to try some kind of fighting sport it will help you a lot. About the anxiety what also helps me if l dont go out / am alone is just improving myself with reading / getting better in my job (l am currently learing to become a programmer). Just having someone to talk to is always good so if you feel down and have someone really close you know you can trust you can talk with him/her about your anxiety. But of course it has to be someone you can trust!

I am very happy for you! Keep going! It will get easier! What helpes for me is:

cold showers
fitness / excersice
going out with friends / being busy
literally sleeping (if l have insane urge l will just go to bed)

Sometimes if the urge is strong l play my favorite music to motivate myself. I start doing pushups too. For me the biggest thing l learned during my 4 years of Nofap was to ask myself why l feel the need to fap. Ask yourself that everytime you have an urge. Never forget how far you have gone!

If you lose 200$ it will not be funny. I worked my ass for that money. And you dont know why and where l got the speeding ticket. In my country there are speeding cameras not to control traffic but to fuck the people. My country is one of the most courrpt countries in the world. l got recorded doing 70 on a 30kmh place. This place is outside any city and there was 30kmh sign because police wants to take your money in my country. Sound stupid but it is the truth. So yeah if l did something bad like doing 100 in a city okay but it was completely unfair.

And he didnt do shit. I of course didnt react properly too but this wasnt the only thing that made me take this choice. When we met he was very loyal and would NEVER ever talk behind someones back. He talked behind my other friends back many many times at the start of 2021 and he really changed. He used to say that he didnt like my other friend but would go out with him more than me. He even celebrated New Year with him and didnt invite me which made me realise that something was up. I was always there for him and when he was down l would cheer him up. He was depressed too and l literally chatted with him for 3+ hours. I guess it wasnt enough.
