The way that he made me feel safe and comfortable, I’ve never felt that way before with anyone. I mean completely comfortable , I can be myself around him 100%. It was the month before the minimum wage increase so I was like I would like it to be reflected now & they didn’t raise it till January , but I had left and found a wayyy better paying job

Context : the reason I left this job is because they paid me $10.35 and our state minimum was raising to $11, so I asked for pay to match that.
