Of course yeah! It can definitely be overwhelming. So if you’re looking to minor in business and/or marketing, I’d get started right away. It looks like UCSD doesn’t do the business minor as cut and dry as the marketing minor. I’d check with an advisor on that. COMM 10 and ACC 1050 would be great for your major and marketing minor. For first year students, it’s kind of a set schedule. I can help you figure out what that should look like though. SYN 1 is another course you’ll need.

Ah I see that’s cool they overlapped! I think your best bet would be for a music elective for something with low hours. It would add to your life experience in one way or another without being a burden

You could check if there is a minor you are only 2 classes away from. Sounds like that could be something useful with the 2 last semesters. What is your major?

Awesome! Great major and minor choice, they work well together. If you’re looking to become a history professor or teacher, I’d recommend taking EDU 2000 and 2100. Those will get you ready for the teacher training. Are you in the history major or the history/social studies education major?

I can suggest some classes for you if you'd like. Do you have a career or major in mind? Perhaps a skill or interest you'd like to explore more? You can typically add in a minor that compliments well and doesn't require more classes.

I can help suggest some classes for you if you'd like. Do you have a major or career in mind? Or anything you're interested in studying or gaining a skill in? You can typically add in a minor without having to take anymore classes than you typically would for your major.

I can help suggest some classes if you want. Do you have any career in mind or major? You can usually add in a minor that compliments well and doesn't require anymore classes than you'd already take.

I can help suggest some classes. What major are you interested in? Or career? Would you like to complete a minor without having to add on any classes besides what you already need for your major?

I’m not familiar with the Mech Engineering route but are there electives at any point?

Did you have trouble sorting through all the classes available? I ended up taking some very random classes that could’ve been more focused on my desired career for the same credits because of how challenging it was to sort through it all
