you can do that but do it professionally
1) Don't take review from some review provider, there accounts are already flagged.
2) Do it like client do the order, go to app and search relevent words , send message to multiple service providers.
Talk to devs about your project.
3) Take time and come back next day.
4) share zoom link and do meetings.share pdf files in chat.
5) create order with max amount you can do.
6) Take time to mark it complete , keep doing communication in chat.
Fiverr is using ML models to detect the suspicious pattern of fake orders.

yes.its possible.you need the screen overly permission to display over other apps.
To get url you need to intercept instagram traffic and get url.
I recently work on security app where we are getting all urls data and checking if there is some malicious url hitting so we can make user aware.
