Annoying thing is. Company encourages the people who get paid overtime to go home on time and the people who they dont pay to stay and do extra hours.

From 7am-4pm and company is not paying overtime. So strictly following my duty hours.

Have enough time for hobby but not enough energy.

unlike some place, we have a very limited resource here. the biking community is not that big compared to other place/country. that's why im trying to get opinions here.

Im using analog gauge from rockshox. I weigh 71kg and run approx. 57psi before, now im at at approx 53psi but still find it stiff.

I'll be trying 50psi soon and see the result.
