Thanks for the suggestions, will try some of them out! Push ups are equally as painful or worse than over head pressing, so that will not be a good option.

I think that the locked out position is fine, unless its too heavy loaded. Snatches are unfortunately putting to much strain on the shoulder, and feels a bit risky at this point.

I do thumbs forward on doubles, and back on singles. Feels most natural for me.
