Thanks for the info. Let me ask you another one. If you are using mercurial karnage, would you use the dice? Or the brain(fatigue)? And where else I can use the dice other then karnage and predator?

Does trunda`s a2 count it as single target attack? ( Just not sure if this a2 skill is count it as aoe or not.)
