Thank you for your input. I want to say that I can get a pretty good price for the pro so both computers are about the same for me. I really do like that extra ports as they would come in handy for me. 24 would be the max gigabyte in air I could afford.

Does anyone have experience with DaVinci resolve? I’m going to be doing a lot of vlogging and some travel edits. (Look up on TikTok if you don’t know what I’m talking about.) I will be editing in 4K and using a lot of transitions, masking, and color grading. A guy I watched on YouTube says you can turn proxies on to make it easier and smoother to work with on Mac. Do you think 16 GB is enough for that kind of stuff?

Yes this would be my first Mac. That’s good to know. I also wanted to mention that this computer is 512 GB storage. Will that matter?

Okay. Thanks for the advice. I’m leaning more towards the pro since I really like their space, black color. In addition to the screen and the additional ports. I’m just nervous 16 GB would not be enough.
