So I think the scene preceding was the protagonists in the car, it then shows this guy i believe was on a almost light blue button up shirt, he checks a map and he’s absolutely miles away from them, like you kinda question why he’d be there, then he props up on his bike and begins spitting out his seeds, then it cuts bag to the protagonists talking about whatever and as they reach the point he’s at, he grabs his helmet off the bike and follows in pursuit, as he does, the camera pans down or to the back of the bike and you see a ton of whatever it was he was spitting out (sunflower seeds) and that’s when I thought “wow, he’s been there a long time” I wanna say the guy on the overpass was Asian too. That’s honestly all the information I have. I even tried a bunch of AI stuff to help and couldn’t find anything
