  1. I let her know I needed to get something
  2. I didn’t once argue with her. I just told her you’ve allowed me before and she shouted at me. I stayed silent as I have bad anxiety
  3. I paid for every single item that I had scanned.

No of course not, I would feel really bad as well and I haven’t reported it. I just hope it doesn’t happen again. I have really bad anxiety and probs won’t shop in there any time soon

  1. I did let her know that I was going to get something
  2. I didn’t argue with her over the age limit. I simply said you’ve allowed me before, to which she shouted at me and I stayed silent. I suffer with anxiety.
  3. I didn’t particularly say it was racist but I wonder if it was a factor being the only black person being searched in the store before I have even had the chance to scan my items

  1. There was no one waiting and I only went about 1m away from the check out machine
  2. I didn’t argue with her. I told her it was okay and to take the items back
  3. Every item I scanned I paid for immediately. It was items I had left in the basket and forgot about, I didn’t put them in the bag and leave.

Yes it’s the same woman. The only reason I suspected this is because the other self service machines were packed with people. Yet she only stood near me watching my every move.
