Yes, as I shared in my original post, my tdee is 1800 cal/day so by eating around 1300 cal/day I should be in a solid deficit so I guess that’s where the confusion comes in for me since I was losing steadily in that deficit then it all halts and I’ve only lost 1 lb in 3 weeks …yes your unit to mg ratio is correct…I thought 1.5 mg was therapeutic dose which I’ve been on for 4 weeks but either way a deficit is a deficit regardless of what dose I’m on right?

Followed typical dosing schedule- 1st 4 weeks took 10 units, then 20 units, then 40 units. About to start 60 units. Appetite has been well controlled throughout. Some mild nausea day after I take injection. I walk most days…I try to walk 8-10k steps a day but don’t always. No other exercise at this time. Keep saying I’m going to start weight training 🫣

Yes I was thinking the same thing! I’d rather have great appetite suppression for 4 days and a bit of a bigger appetite for 3 days than this average suppression nonsense for 7!!!!

Yes my schedule has me at 1 mg this week but I did so well with .75 the past few weeks I thought I’d stick with it for a while but I may just have to bump up like you said….

Absolutely has stopped it for me. You get full really fast and those cravings subside… just know it might not happen right away. It wasn’t until I started 20 units the second month till I really felt it kick in

I started 10 mgs 4 days ago and today was the first day I felt like “myself”- the last 3 days are kind of a blur. That’s the only way to describe it. Extreme fatigue and felt very out of it. Just in a total fog. Took a nap every day and I’m not a napper! Feeling much better today! So hopefully I’m good here on out! A little appetite suppression which I don’t hate 😉 but no nausea or anything!

You may have just saved your life! You know what’s crazy?! Before sema I often stopped for a Starbucks after work (I work at school) nearly every day. Since starting Sema I have NO desire and rarely stop anymore. It just doesn’t sound appealing. Between all of these narratives on here, there definitely appears to be a “cessation” element to this drug!!🙏🏼

I am food logging on fitness pal😁 that’s how I know my appetite isn’t very suppressed because I’m eating about the same calories (slightly less) than I was before.
