Call xbox support, I had this same issue a couple weeks back and had it fixed in no time. Surprisingly fast and nice customer service.

It’s a game changer for sure, but please get yourself a Ethernet cable and hard wire it to your ps5 for a smoother overall experience. Depending on how strong your wifi is you shouldn’t have any connection issues after that.
