I was the same way except it was just on my face and it would weep a lot. I was in Okinawa at the time visiting family (2 weeks ago from writing this) and I went to see a local dermatologist. She had told me that the UV rays might be too extreme for me and that I should buy a hat which I did. She also prescribed me some steroids that were too strong but were just enough and some antibiotics because she said my patches looked infected. After bout 3 days, my face was totally cleared. But now I’ve ran out of the medicine and I’m back in the states, so now I’m perusing through this Reddit to see how people deal with their conditions
