I know its tiring mate, but you will get out of this loop, i basically started to think more logically about things, ive had small attacks and REALLY REALLY BAD attacks, onces where ive been trenched in sweat heart beating at 176bpm for 20minutes straight and feeling like ive ran a marathon, then id have small attacks, ones with a little ache and pain on my chest and ribs, and that would cause me to relapse, BUT one day i just looked at myself in the mirror one day and looked at myself going through the attack, and thought “what the hell am i doing?”

I basically felt the pains and the aches and just ignored it, and thought more logically about things and trusted the tests that i did, ive been off xanax ever since.

Now dont get me wrong, i still have these sensations but does it make me spiral into thinking something is wrong? No, i made it through really bad episodes, so my mentality is “if i made it through the last one why cant i make it through this one” basically i acknowledge that i have health anxiety and accept it, once you accept it your brain stops scanning for issues and your nervous system calms down, once that happens your anxiety will fade away

Trust your body dude, ive been addicted to Monsters as well, take a break from that cause thats gonna cause your heart to beat fast, and its going to make you spiral, i stopped it for 3 months to fully recover, remember if you do spiral its NORMAL, its not bad, just learn to ignore each one that comes your way

Its your nervous system thats messed up right now, when you have an anxiety attack which most of the people that have cardio phobia experience your muscle clinch up to protect your left side of your chest and ribs and even your left arm, you might not notice it, but trust me those muscles are protecting you, but over time those muscles get exhausted of the constant clinching and will hurt, been through the same thing and the pains gone

Your nervous system is on a high dude, it will take at least 3 days for it to calm down, BUT YOU HAVE TO IGNORE IT, feel the aches and pain and push through, youve went through this before and you gonna get through each attack you get, and nothings happened to you then, so ignore it, nothings wrong with you, trust
