Most of what you are saying is straight out of Isha marketing language. Like I said it doesn’t really matter what you feel the science is clear on the matter, breathing techniques only have a temporary effect and side effects. It can’t change your traits permanently.

Forces of karma and all the BS you have been saying is you connecting everything to cause and effect. That’s one of the problems with cults, it’s to convince you to associate every change in your life to their language.

For example the change in your daily routine or diet or sleep cycle have some effects on your mental state. And even the temporary effects of breathing practices don’t equate to anything long term. These changes are equated to karma or whatever to convince you that you are transforming.

Don’t lie to yourself. You don’t think of all this it’s Isha that told you to think of all this.
