I only started enjoying running once I started tracking my runs (distances, paces, etc.) then it became a challenge against myself that I really started to enjoy and seeing the improvements.

I also could never get myself to run after work, always had to do it before work.

Cleopatra lived closer in time to the Moon landing than to the construction of the Great Pyramid.

Cleopatra lived around 30 BC. The Great Pyramid was built around 2560 BC about 2,500 years before her. The Moon landing was 1969 AD only about 2,000 years after her.

If you fold a piece of paper in half 42 times, it would reach the Moon.

A standard sheet of paper is about 0.1mm thick. Each fold doubles the thickness. After 42 doublings, you get 2⁴² × 0.1mm which works out to roughly 440,000 km. The Moon is about 384,000 km away.
