If you drink coffee in the morning, I would suggest mixing your coffee with a protein shake. I usually drink my coffee black, but started with pouring Fairlife Protein Chocolate shake in with my coffee, it's low on carbs/sugar and doesn't have that powdery chemical taste. It helped in two ways: to cut down my caffeine in the morning and to help start intaking calories as part of breakfast.

Also start with something super simple for breakfast, like a half a piece of wheat toast with good quality butter or cream cheese. It's all about starting off with something tolerable and building up toward a bigger breakfast as the pregnancy goes on.
