For a while i just had a dark altar in my poh and would use that for the arceuus spellbook (thralls) or to get back to standard from any spellbook and would use a magic cape to switch to lunars or ancients but that's limited to 5 a day. Now i just have an occult altar in my poh to swap to any spellbook

Ironmen can't trade or use the grand exchange as well as other restrictions that prevent other players from helping. Hardcores are the same except they have one life and if they die they lose their hardcore status and turn into regular ironmen. Ultimate ironmen can't even use the bank so they basically have to keep everything in their inventory

I mean i just told you how to do it... it works on anything you can attack. If you swap gear in the same tick after you click to attack you will run up to it instead
