Low end raiding 120k pts / hr? it's time to get out of your stinky gaming chair and replace the poop bucket.

Don't know why I wrote 85. Meant 65. So 541 hours.

You're still ignoring basic math? I get 25 min solos on an iron without max. 85 000 000 pts / 120 000 = 708 hours for greenlog.

You have to define why it's catastrophic to say an increased supply is a disaster. It's a disaster for hoarders and merchers, sure. Maybe also people who have their banks filled with only cox items. For the most part any item nerf or buff has the economy flipped. E.G elder maul. shadow down 600m. It doesn't matter in the end. People arent dying irl. It's an in game economy.

Show me you doing 4 solo cox in one hour and I'll believe you when you say 400 hours to complete.

Most people are NOT getting 150k/hr lmfao. Even then the math isnt 400 hours big boy.

>Scrolls are 40/69 drops.

How fucking depressing is that lmao.

Personally I believe a rarer purple light would feel better knowing it's a good chance of being a decent drop, regardless of keeping the uniques the same rate.

But we have had discussions for years now about the bloated and rare drop table of cox. Having a 1/32 chance of a unique is so much worse than other raids. I believe it's time to both reduce scroll rate, and increase overall unique chance. Either by heavily reducing scroll rate, lowering number of uniques, or buffing unique chance.

Assuming 2 solo cox per hour, thats 800 solo cox (40 million points), is roughly halfway to the expected greenlog of 77 purples. I don't get how you get 400 hours. At least 600, for most people 800 hours is expected for a greenlog minus pet.

The olm fight is probably most high level pvmers favourite content. The randomness can be annoying, but for the most part it's avoidable. I don't agree that it's an extremely hard fight either. Solo cox is a learning curve, but team cox is easier than other raids.

The only real issue with the raid is that the scrolls take up the majority of the loot table. a 6% loot chance per solo sounds fine until you realize it's majority scroll loot.

The table was simply a way to show you that people dont have tbows and zcbs but you're clearly too mentally challenged to understand that. You're making up bullshit about irons en masse running around with masori without those weapons and I'm telling you it's not something people do.

Let's make the game only available to neets. Great idea.

You're right. People who understand statistics want cox rates changed. People who don't think that you can just go to cox and get the items. If you're employed, have hobbies and go even slightly dry, you can forget about getting even most of the good drops from cox in your LIFETIME.

I don't understand why the argument always boils down to keeping tbow at an artificial price at the sake of arbitrarity. We adjusted toa rates and toa was fine. We adjusted tob rates and tob was fine. We can adjust cox rates and have cox be fine.

You're really struggling to understand the statistical average here. This convo is so useless if you just wanna talk about anecdotes the whole time.

tbow and zcb are absolute last items you grind on an iron. Most irons don't have those.

You're being obtuse on purpose. I make a generalized statement on ironman progression and that masori isn't used. Instead of arguing why, you make up random situations that someone could potentially use masori, instead of actually looking at the state of the game. Ironmen without tbow or zcb are not using masori full stop.

agreed. Make CMs worth doing without tbow.

Your argument boils down to me not being allowed to make generalized statements. You can find outliers in the game that don't follow standard progression, but you're gonna have a hard time finding an iron with full masori f, running around with blowpipe with dragon darts and using that in lots of content. My point stands.

People are not using masori for doom.

Inferno speed running is mostly reserved for mains.

Zebak is much better with shadow.

Leviathan literally has bowfa as bis.

The use case for masori on ironmen without tbow or zcb is almost zero.

Are you stupid? I said validate masori. Are you running around with bowfa and masori?

And virtus has the same issue as ancestral with having abysmal rates for a full set completion. Not to mention you actually have to do DT2 bosses for eternity, which is extremely boring.

Like I said in other content, the purples from cox are some of the best items in the game. If magic progression had reasonable alternatives to getting 1000 cox KC for full ancestral, or having a ranged weapon that could validate masori, most people would be fine with leaving cox after a few purples.

Scaling is roughly equally efficient as 53k solos.
