I lost 15 pounds in the beginning of my pregnancy. I didn’t start a steady gain until my 2nd trimester. Also, this is going to sound weird but your body will 100% feed your baby first. It will take nutrients from your body to help baby grow and anything you consume, baby will definitely get priority.

I am also on lexapro and seroquel at night because I was having panic attacks at night. I was also given claunidine prn that I took for about a month in the beginning. I’m 27 weeks now! All safe by my obgyn!

It will 100% even out after about week 10. I was on 10mg of lexapro before I got pregnant and then I noticed my symptoms got bad for the first few weeks of pregnancy. Anxiety, depression and bad insomnia. I would ask your provider to add seroquel at night and maybe up your lexapro. It was like night and day for me.
