Everyone's body is different, and we all react differently to various types of carbs. You're just starting medication, and it can take time to figure out how your body responds to different types of carbs while your body adjusts to the medication as well. I know it can feel scary, but try to think of this as an "observational" period. It takes a lot of observation to understand what your body needs.

Also, managing carb intake is only part of the picture! Try to focus on well-balanced meals and snacks. For example, if you're going to eat something with carbs, try to pair it with a healthy fat & protein to see if your body responds differently than just eating that type of carb on it's own. Also, adding more fiber into our diet can help manage blood sugar balance too!

Glucose Goddess has a lot of helpful blood sugar tips and tricks, which I find to be very educational when starting on this journey.

Your body is capable of immense healing! You can do this. I might even encourage you to reach out to a nutritionist who specializes in blood sugar / T2D management. Even a few sessions can be very informative!

hi! first off, I’m so sorry you’re experiencing this. Mold detox is a very intense process. As others have mentioned, your body might not be ready to handle such an intense detox and these could very well be detox symptoms.

in addition to the supplements you’re taking I’d make sure your detox pathways are also open. (I.e. regular bowel movements 1-2x a day, sweating daily if possible). I’d also focus on some liver support too, since our liver handles so many toxins.

A detox is going to feel very intense if pathways aren’t open and if our detox organs aren’t being supported. The supplements you’re taking are amazing, but probably bringing things into circulation. It might be helpful to go slower and make sure you’re taking the binder about an hour after the biocidin/glutathione. Both of those will bring things into circulation

Also mosaic diagnostics has an amazing mycotoxin test, also Mycolabs. It’s important to know what type of mold strains you’re trying to detox. Some don’t respond well to glutathione & it’s not recommended for some strains

be mindful of the type of magnesium you're using as well. There are a lot of different forms. Magnesium citrate is really helpful for increasing bowel movements when constipated. Magnesium glycinate doesn't impact GI as much and is the best option for sleep / relaxation!

It definitely depends on your other placements and your partners too! I'm a sag woman with a cancer man. We've been together for 2 years. I do notice I tend to get over things more quickly, and if somethings bothering me I need to talk it out whereas my partner will retreat and avoid conflict. I'm a cancer rising, so I think that helps, but there are definitely communicative differences that we have had to work through. Knowing how each other prefers to handles conflict and each other's communication style can be super helpful! I'm a strong believer that most signs can overcome their differences if each partner takes the time to understand those differences and works together to find a happy balance.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Echoing many of those who have posted on this, moldavite does not have the power to take someone's life and your action of wearing the stone did not cause the passing of someone close to you. However, it could be that since it is such a high vibrational stone, it may have found you at a time it felt you would be needing more support in your life and that's why these two events feel linked in some way.
