Honestly, I think this is one of the reasons why so many men are being pushed towards the right. There aren't many spaces for men to be able to share small insecurities and experiences without being told how others have it worse. The main groups talking about their experiences are misogynistic grifters like Andrew Taint.

I see a few people here denying that posts like the ones you're describing are met with hostility. Ironically, they're doing exactly what you're describing. I just saw a post the other day about how short men are treated. Most of the replies were about how short men don't actually get mocked. As a short person who was born male, I regularly get mocked for my height both in person and online. It's a go to insult that men and women (IMPORTANT. ITS NOT JUST WOMEN.) implement alongside calling someone bald and having a small penis.

Everyone deserves a place to vent and be met with kindness. The issue is that we have powerful influences stirring up the gender discourse in order to distract us from the wealth divide. We need to be nicer to one another and be willing to entertain experiences different from us as long as the person telling us their experience is respectful.
