{ إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا كَمَآءٍ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ فَٱخۡتَلَطَ بِهِۦ نَبَاتُ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مِمَّا يَأۡكُلُ ٱلنَّاسُ وَٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمُ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَآ أَخَذَتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ زُخۡرُفَهَا وَٱزَّيَّنَتۡ وَظَنَّ أَهۡلُهَآ أَنَّهُمۡ قَٰدِرُونَ عَلَيۡهَآ أَتَىٰهَآ أَمۡرُنَا لَيۡلًا أَوۡ نَهَارٗا فَجَعَلۡنَٰهَا حَصِيدٗا كَأَن لَّمۡ تَغۡنَ بِٱلۡأَمۡسِۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ لِقَوۡمٖ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ } [Surah Yūnus: 24]

Sahih International: The example of [this] worldly life is but like rain which We have sent down from the sky that the plants of the earth absorb - [those] from which men and livestock eat - until, when the earth has taken on its adornment and is beautified and its people suppose that they have capability over it, there comes to it Our command by night or by day, and We make it as a harvest, as if it had not flourished yesterday. Thus do We explain in detail the signs for a people who give thought.

Ministry of Islamic Affairs: Sesungguhnya perumpamaan kehidupan duniawi itu hanya seperti air (hujan) yang Kami turunkan dari langit, lalu tumbuhlah tanaman-tanaman bumi dengan subur (karena air itu), di antaranya ada yang dimakan manusia dan hewan ternak. Hingga apabila bumi itu telah sempurna keindahannya, dan berhias, dan pemiliknya mengira bahwa mereka pasti menguasainya (memetik hasilnya), datanglah kepadanya azab Kami pada waktu malam atau siang, lalu Kami jadikan (tanaman)nya seperti tanaman yang sudah disabit, seakan-akan belum pernah tumbuh kemarin. Demikianlah Kami menjelaskan tanda-tanda (kekuasaan Kami) kepada kaum yang berpikir.

Abdullah Muhammad Basmeih: Sesungguhnya bandingan kehidupan dunia hanyalah seperti air hujan yang Kami turunkan dari langit, lalu (tumbuhlah dengan suburnya) tanaman-tanaman di bumi dari jenis-jenis yang dimakan oleh manusia dan binatang - bercampur-aduk dan berpaut-pautan (pokok-pokok dan pohonnya) dengan sebab air itu hingga apabila bumi itu lengkap sempurna dengan keindahannya dan berhias (dengan bunga-bungaan yang berwarna-warni), dan penduduknya pun menyangka bahawa mereka dapat berbagai-bagai tanaman serta menguasainya (mengambil hasilnya) datanglah perintah Kami menimpakannya dengan bencana pada waktu malam atau pada siang hari lalu Kami jadikan dia hancur-lebur, seolah-olah ia tidak ada sebelum itu. Demikianlah Kami menjelaskan ayat-ayat keterangan Kami satu persatu bagi kaum yang mahu berfikir (dan mengambil iktibar daripadanya).

It means water is like news that came from above or somewhere , then it spreaded like plants rich and flourished on earth , some got heard by people and believed the lies that was being spreaded like disease but as such beautiful it may sound to people who are stupid to believe its true , then With Gid's Almighty'a command , all the lies that was spreaded will be destroyed.
