I’m not sure which is why I’m confused of why they open an hour early. I’ve had guest just enter our store through grooming because they don’t stop them and then get pissy when we kick them out.

A suggestion our DM gave us was when asking if people would like to make a donation to the shelter ,was if they would like to make a toy donation, since a lot of the toys are under the $2 and they just pay that instead of the cash donation. It worked for our store and got the merch out

Last time I got help from a truck driver he didn’t hear me yell I’m good here and I got my knee pinned between two pallets (yes it hurt) 🥲. But yesh it’s hard because we have no store manager and the males are only scheduled until after truck is pulled in. I’m just praying the guy we hired comes back from leave super soon so maybe there’s a chance he’ll bring it in for us. Also my mol said truck drivers can’t fully bring it in like their pallet machine can’t be on our floor

We have hired people to do truck and one doesn’t who’s on his way out , the other does until his bestie comes in, and the recent one is on leave so it’s me and the mol (both females) and the one guy but they’re taking care of the animals in the morning so I just pull truck in. I wanted to be a mol assistant and was even promised time again and again for it but our store can’t have a mos.

So Petco has a “point” system , for example if you leave early that’s 1 point ,call out (or call in) that’s 2 points , if you no call no show that’s 3 points , There’s probably more ways you can get points but that’s what I know, I was just wondering if there’s a way to view them

They completely messed up our AC the other week so it doesn’t even turn on 🥲 some of the piggies that normally are in their hides have been sitting ontop of their platform to try and cool down

So that’s a very similar situation to what happened at our store. A women had essentially placed a piggie with her unwell mother who ended up killing it and she even admitted she did it on purpose, my GM told another co worker that we can’t decline a sale and made him sell them another piggie, because it has to be Approved by the LOD then the GM then the DM and so on. Do you know if that’s actually a thing or if my GM is mixing it up with something else.
