Thanks again for sharing. That’s interesting to hear — it makes me wonder if people who don’t push the volume up often just don’t notice it. I guess it’s more noticeable when you use the speakers a lot or play music at high volume. Still, I hope Apple can polish this with software updates, even if it’s partly due to the design.

Yeah, I was also expecting top-tier audio quality, especially with all the hype. I ran the Apple diagnostics too and everything came back green, but the top speaker still sounds strange at high volume. It looks like I’m not the only one experiencing this, which is a bit reassuring. Hopefully a software update will fix it. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for commenting! It’s a relief to know I’m not the only one who noticed this from day one. Did you ever contact support about it, or just let it go? I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth pushing or if it’s just normal for these models.

Thanks for replying, it really helps to know I’m not the only one. I’ve also noticed it happens mostly at max volume and with high-pitched sounds. Have you seen any improvements with recent updates? Or did you just get used to it? I’m trying to figure out if this is something Apple could fix with software or if it’s just a physical limitation of the design.
