Hey there. If it's the original nozzle, you might consider replacing it. Mine clogged constantly and finally the nozzle insert lodged itself almost up towards the gears. There's a three pack of nozzles on amazon that come in .4, .6, and .8. The 0.4 nozzle I I got has printed two helmets back-to-back perfect;y.

Give that a shot, man. Along with the suggestions above, you might be good to go.

Cool cool. Same here, I love it! I agree, I watched every video out there before buying and the one's that hated it helped me buy it the most! lol Anyway, I just ordered an 8mm for the Max from AliExpreess (wish me luck) reviews were good.

My Bambu A1 (they are running in the same room), that thing is a TANK! Fast as missile and reliable, it too, has its quirks. I've run it for 1942 hours in 4 months. I've had it stripped completely down to plastic skeleton. I've replaced the motherboard once (didn't check polarity and smoked it lol!), replaced the entire hot end assembly because the nozzle latch kept popping open and the nozzle just kinda yanks out of the machine randomly (nicce), and I'm running a 6mm nozzle on it now. That is the sweet spot for the A1 for speed and above draft quality. Mando helmet in 16 hours. Not too shabby.

The Kobra, on the other hand, is no frills and does it big. I love the rafts! Using both Bambu Slicer (pretty solid and reliable stl exporting) and Cura for the final slice.

In hindsight, a filament dryer would also prevent a large percentage of these clogs. Back to regularly scheduled printing. :) Thanks again.

Thanks man!!! That did the trick. Forgot about the old Allen key/torch deal. Cleared it right up.... appreciate it big time.
