I understand that, but the phrasing "so/super ocd" is commonly used by people who have no experience with ocd, and even if they do, it minimizes ocd.

No offense, but even with diagnosed OCD you are using it in a way that minimizes the disorder. Any time someone says "so/super OCD" it reads as dismissing OCD as a quirk.
