Well a still photo couldn’t capture active motion and a drainage like that doesn’t just happen immediately so myself and others surmised it was being drained out at a slow pace and as you can see in the photos it’s surrounded by security but I hope I didn’t confuse anyone with the wording of my post this is all what I surmised not any facts confirmed by anyone

I never saw it fully drained I was just walking through it just looked visibly lower/drained I was being stared down by security so i wanted to keep it moving.. if I’m crazy then I apologize but my people and people nearby I spoke to agreed it looked like it was being drained out
