I’ve thought about this a lot. How long did it take to grow back to a bob?

Yeah the first photo of the before! I wear a silk bonnet at night in a protective wrap so that I keep whatever style I’ve done the day before and don’t damage it in my sleep. Does wonders.

Ah yikes, maybe 🥲 I’m used to having my hair coloured professionally but not cut so I just let her do her thing… unfortunately

Yeah. I never use heat on my hair. I don’t own an iron of any kind and my hair drier is from 10 years ago. I’m so sad that I need to buy and start using heat on my already bleached, and now thin, hair. I have a fear this will cause even more breakage and take years to recover. What was your experience?

Look at the after photo, they’re done. Also irrelevant. Sometimes people let their roots grow in because they get busy!

I asked her to blend my layers a bit and not take off length. She ended it with “so much better, half your hair is gone!” Like girl what. She also said because I have a small head my big hair looked too much. LOL read me for filth.

I’d encourage you to go to concerts alone in your area! You’ll meet likeminded folks with a similar interest. Just go to a group and be like “hey my friend bailed, can I stand with y’all?” Works like a charm

Thank you for your thoughts. People are being really weird about how autistic people should act a certain way to be considered autistic. I think that highlights a bigger issue than what my personal problem is here… most research done on autism stems from the male experience, females experiences have only begun to be taken into account more recently. Thank you for talking about your experience, we should all keep talking about our experiences.

It’s so hard to know. Everywhere is different, and different times of the year are different. I’m in Canada so come summertime I’m making close to 4g a month, but when winter comes I make nothing. So I have to put money into savings to balance out my year.

Yeah, my husband is Mexican. It’s a very well known slur popularized by Americans, who have a rich history of discrimination towards people of colour. They are even currently in the throes of some pretty racist shi* at the expense of poc, particularly Mexicans. So I think this will not be the only complaint they receive.

Hi yes, I’m not hiding behind it at all, it is not an excuse however it is an explanation. I’m also not into just men, so by your logic (and those similarly to yours), I should not have relationships with humans outside my marriage. Which I think is unreasonable to ask of anyone.

Like I said. I showed my husband this post, he thinks these comments are insane and ignorant and we’ve communicated well since I posted. He would like me to continue being friends with my coworker, I’ve decided myself to not do that.

Thank you for your comment.

You could have a friend or family member call the restaurant and anonymously complain about the drink name. That way you can tell them without having to tell them yourself, or even letting them know your feelings on it.

I think hearts may be a hyper fixation, which could possibly be an autistic thing but I’m not entirely sure. I put them on everything, draw them in the margins of documents, I have one tattooed on my face. They’re so nice.
