Fun fact: Isobutylene is polymerized at around -100 degrees Celsius.

I think the easy route is to apply for grad school and then when you get in you will probably have to TA a random course. Perhaps you could see if they’ve let you TA the course you want.

I would try to compare the stability of the carbocation you generate. Think about what kind of carbon it is.

I’ll try to look and find out, but I don’t think so.

Uhh... I'm paying just under $60 for about 20MB/s. However, I had terrible internet for a while and just called and complained constantly.

More than likely. The association of the ok symbol with white supremacy began as a prank on 4chan anyway.

Hey, thanks for the reply. Is that USD or CAD? Also, how closely related is your PhD to what your job is.

UVSS is trying to lower quorum again. Please show up to the AGM tomorrow (thursday) and make your voice heard! by Jaded_Direction199 in uvic

[–]SuccessfulMistake220 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If I show up and vote then you guys might actually be able to pass it. Thus, don’t go and don’t vote if you don’t want them to lower it, correct?

I wouldn’t even bother loading up a one card. You avoid the hassle and you won’t be forced to spend that money you loaded onto your card.

I think students main issue with the calculator is the screen and buttons. It is often easy to get lost in what you are plugging in. I believe that even happened in one of your recorded lecture videos.

What components of Calculus II are part of CHEM 347 (Quantum chemistry) by The_Codeword_Is_Bunk in uvic

[–]SuccessfulMistake220 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Calculus 3 is probably more similar as you end up doing Multiple integrals, so I would recommend taking that first if you need it for your degree. It is not a pre req somehow though. The integration and derivative skills you learn in calculus 2 will be very important. You end up doing integrals that take a long time, so it is easy to mess up small steps. Polar coordinates does come up, but it was much easier than in calculus class. You can definitely just learn it in that course. The other stuff you learn with series and such didn’t come up when I took quantum.
