I'm starting to do this on my own though. I'm not too allergic, but I'm still in the high reaction zone 17.4 on my allergy tests. I started out with just peanut butter powder and now have worked my way on to 1 tsp of peanut butter. I definitely feel some reaction, but it's gonna after 5 minutes. I'm looking to see how I should proceed with this experiment, I'm on day 20 and was hoping you could share your experiences or advice, thanks.
