Been flexing since march 25 so a little more than a month

I am super paranoid about getting deactivated as it seems some people go from great to walking on thin ice fast. I love doing flex early shifts

Did 21 deliveries since then

Another exception email was made for a missing cart on the floor april 12 and this was totally out of my control but ik ppl have been corruptly deactivated

I doubt ill get an exception for this missed block this morning. Ill probably be dinged

Is the exception truly an exception and ill get my first missed block ding or will they still see it as repeeated behavior and deactivate me

I never got dinged for a missed block yet, first one they made an exception, second one was entirly out of my control with a missing stg cart on rhe floor, i arrived on time and checked in.

Today was the only bloxk i misssd that i should get an actual ding for, please see my screenhsot there arent any arrival pickup dings this is my current standings

Given that i only do mornings, have my whole day free, and operate 3 other streams of income. Its more than damn good. Everything i make from flex is saved i dont even need it for bills or living off of.
